Please measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape. Make sure it is tight against your wrist. That is your wrist measurement. If you want a looser fit select the cuff that the first size is your wrist size. Example if your wrist is a 6.5" and you want more of a looser bangle fit select one of the bangles in the c-d choices. They are slightly adjustable so you can squeeze tighter once it is on your wrist.
